All Dressed Up

The All Dressed Up program is run by volunteers.  Students at Berendale School gain valuable work education and work experience skills by contributing to the administration and organisation of the project.

The All Dressed Up Program aims to enable underprivileged, disadvantaged and disabled young girls to attend formal social functions, including Debutante Balls, by lending appropriate dresses to them.

We allow simple alterations to the dresses, if required, to ensure that the young girls are fitted correctly and look stunning on their big night out. Dress making consultancy may be available for young women who have physical disabilities or cultural requirements that affect the type of formal dress they are able to wear.

Please complete the Referral / Booking Form at the bottom of this page to express interest in borrowing dresses for formal occasions and email it to

Whole school or organisational requests as well as individual requests are considered for special formal events.

Participants are required to contribute $35 to the dry cleaning costs (payable on booking and refundable if a dress is not borrowed).

Please do not hesitate to email if you require further information.
